This is a great book, and I'd suggest one for anyone interested in US politics, US military history, and of course anyone looking for a credible participant's account of what happened on 9/11. Similarly, my Arabic is considerably louder in tone and accompanied by a more expressive body language than my English. He goes into depth about things counselors think when clients are in front of them (all negative examples, including, "You're so boring I totally see why your wife left you") and generally seems to have a lot of disdain for his clients.
