Just one quick note: there aren't any salads featured in the sides area which was a little surprising, but then I suppose it's "comfort" food, so I should not really have expected anything suitable for a slimmer variety. Needed this for a class I will begin this Tuesday. Twenty delightful tales from Germany, China, France, Wales, England, Japan, and other lands tell of dragons fierce, friendly, and loving. I'm not saying that I wanted to see a doormat, but Cleo needs a lot of growing up to do. I'd recommend this book to anyone.
